So, tonight I should be starting on the painting I was talking about last week. I white-primed my Seraphim Sister and a bike. I also remembered why you dont prime when its cold and wet outside. I'm not going to say that the primer wehn on 'goopy', but it was definately thick. Fortunately the bike took the worst of it, and its hardly noticeable, since its mostly flat surfaces anyway.

I also acquired Saint Celestine. I'm in the middle of converting her to be my Seraphim Sister Superior, 'Ardalia'. I wanted her to stand out from the rest of the squad and this will certainly do it. I'm putting a lot of work into toning her down though. I dont want people to look at her and go 'Oh look, its a converted Celestine'. I want people to say 'Wow, that looks awesome... I wonder how he did that?'

So far she has a new sword and instead of a dove she's getting a bolt pistol. The sword is courtesy of my huge amount of left-over Dark Angel bitz, and the pistol is just a regular SM hand with gun, so I had to shape the hand down to look more feminine. I havent glued it all together, but I'll take a picture of it when I do.

All in all, I'm getting more and more excited about the army the more it starts to come together. I still need to figure out my Captain 'Khai'. He's going to take a LOT of work.
